About us

We are a clinic located in Amwaj Islands, Bahrain, that specialises in mental health. Founded by clinical psychologists and medical doctors, we wanted to create a friendly and comfortable environment which offers a well-rounded view of mental health. Above all, we love our work and take great joy in watching people evolve in their lives. We work with all ages and take into account the uniqueness of everyone’s situation while working with them.

The primary emphasis of our treatment is talk therapy. We use talk therapy to adjust and reform your relationship with yourself and others. Our approach provides a supportive—yet challenging—environment where we partner together to develop behaviors and coping skills to overcome many different types of issues. We also offer psychiatric consultations for any condition that requires psychiatric input and care.

Consulting a mental health professional, in our view, should be as accessible and as normal as going to the family physician to treat your cold or perform your annual health check-up. Seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist should be no different. Taking care of our health – both physical and mental – is crucial.
